Café Diem is a student run business, run by the Hospitality department of Mercyhurst University. Café Diem would be described as a concession stand type area for students that are caught up in studying, or just getting out of class and would like something to eat. The café consists of made to order food and beverages as well as prepackaged snacks. The managers who run the establishment are also students themselves. Their duties require making very important decisions, running the decisions off by their general manager, setting goals, and then accomplishing the goals needed by the end of each week.
