Thomas Minke’s father has been diagnosed with lung cancer. The reason I have told you this is because he will need to take certain days off in the future. Before I tell Mr. Minke he can take certain days off, I do want to ask you what your opinion is on this situation. I do think ethically and legally we will and we should allow Mr. Minke to care for his father.
