The company's business model is based on a vertically integrated supply chain, which allows it to respond quickly to changing fashion trends and offer new collections to clients at a reasonable price. H&M is a well-known brand that offers fashionable and environmentally friendly clothing to a global audience. In this report, we will look at how H&M successfully manage reverse logistics, how H&M has used circular economy practises to reduce waste, conserve resources, and reduce its environmental impact, how H&M could improve supply chain transparency, usage of eco-friendly and sustainable products, and reduce waste and pollution by implementing more sustainable manufacturing practises.
