Robert Christy, comp. Proverbs, Maxims and Phrases of All Ages. 1887.

Busy

Busy will have hands.

Some are always busy and never do anything.

The world’s busy man is the grand impertinent.

Who more busy than they that have the least to do. (The Italians liken such a person to a pig’s tail that is going all day and by night has done nothing.)
