(hay, sorghum, pecans, peaches, grapes); livestock (cattle, sheep, goats, horses), turkey raising; sand and gravel. Hunting, fishing. Includes Mother Neff State Park and part of L. Bolton reservoir in SE corner; part of large Fort Hood Military Reservation dominates S part of co. Formed 1854.
