| Cypress Springs, Lake, reservoir, Franklin co., NE Texas, impounded W arm (Big Cypress Creek Arm) of L. Bob Sandlin reservoir, 13 mi/21 km WSW of Mt. Pleasant; 8 mi/12.9 km long; 33°03'N 95°09'W. Max. capacity 125,051 acre-ft. Formed by Cypress Springs Dam (67 ft/20 m high), built (1971) for recreation and is adjacent to L. Bob Sandin. |
