ATTRIBUTION:Orson Welles (1915–1985), U.S. filmmaker, actor, producer, and Herman J. Manckiewicz (1897–1953), U.S. screenwriter. Bernstein (Everett Sloane), Charles Foster Kane (Orson Welles), Citizen Kane, Bernstein is reading telegram from the Inquirer reporter in Cuba (1941).
