Cudahy has a largely Hispanic population and produces fabricated-metal and paper products and electrical equipment. 2 City (1990 pop. 18,659), Milwaukee co., SE Wis., an industrial suburb of Milwaukee, on Lake Michigan; inc. 1906. It was founded in 1892 by John and Patrick Cudahy as a site for their meatpacking enterprise, which remains a significant industry. The city also produces various manufactures, such as fabricated metal products, building equipment, hides, and machinery.
