Camella

Anonymous

CAMELLA fair tripped o’er the plain,

I followed quickly after;

Have overtaken her I would fain,

And kissed her when I caught her.

But hope being passed her to obtain,

‘Camella!’ loud I call:

She answered me with great disdain,

‘I will not kiss at all.’
